  1. Life is funny. My parents are from Germany and they needed to have kale seeds sent to them because they couldn’t find them here. We ALWAYS ate kale when I was a kid. I was healthy then……..

  2. Kale is about the only vegetable I really, really don’t like at all–despite the title, I read further– like looks of the non-kale recipes– will be coming back often 🙂

  3. I’m not sure how I ended up here, but love your recipes. I will be trying the lettuce wrapped burrito this week. I have quinoa already prepared and just need to thaw bison (which I like better than ground beef). Your pictures are amazing.
